These two girls are absolutely amazing. Both Kelsey and Soni have been training with me for a while now, and train hard and are very fit individuals.
Both are 6 months pregnant and show no sign of stopping or slowing down. Both are doing full exercises to best that they can.
A very controversial topic doing exercises when pregnant, but if you are already doing vigorous exercises before getting pregnant, then there is no reason to stop. Athough you may consider limiting certain core exercises to take the pressure off your back, but keep exercising and you'll find you'll bounce back after baby is born more quickly. If you want to get into exercising while pregnant, and haven't done exercises in a while, seek out an exercise professional to help you get started.
These girls are truely an inspiration!
